These Terms of Use govern your use of liakosdimitrios.gr and any purchase of Aurara Active Labs from LIAKOS DIMITRIOS, a Greek sole trader, Odos Ippokratous 48, 106 80 Athens.

1. Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it to transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content, or to interfere with the operation of the site. We reserve the right to restrict access if these conditions are breached.

2. Ordering and sale conditions

How to order: Orders are placed by submitting your name and phone number via our order form. This constitutes a request, not a confirmed order. A member of our team will contact you by telephone to confirm the order, verify your delivery address, and answer any questions. The contract of sale is formed only upon verbal confirmation of the order during this call.

Prices and currency: All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The price at the time of order confirmation is the price you pay. The current promotional price is £32.99 for one pack of 90 capsules.

Payment: Payment is made on delivery - in cash or by card to the courier. No payment is collected online or in advance. If you are unable to pay on delivery, the parcel will be returned to us.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel at any point before dispatch by informing us during the confirmation call or by contacting us. You may also decline the parcel upon delivery at no charge.

3. Product disclaimer

Aurara Active Labs is a food supplement, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children. 5. Returns and right of withdrawal

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase. Full details are in our Return Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, LIAKOS DIMITRIOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or the product. Our total liability shall not exceed the price paid for the product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
