1. Right of withdrawal - 14 calendar days

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of the day on which you or a nominated third party receive the goods.

2. Conditions for return

Returned items must be in their original sealed, undamaged packaging. Because Aurara Active Labs is a food supplement intended for human consumption, we are unable to accept returns of opened or partially used packs. This is a lawful exception permitted under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(3) - goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and sealed goods unsealed after delivery which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons).

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the packaging has been opened, damaged, or the product has been tampered with.

3. Return process

  1. Contact us by email or phone to notify us of your intent to return.
  2. We will provide return address instructions and a returns reference number.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging and send it to us.
  4. We recommend using a tracked postal service. Return delivery costs are at your expense, unless the item was damaged or incorrectly sent.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 calendar days. Because payment is made on delivery (cash or card to the courier), refunds are issued by bank transfer to the account details you provide. We do not charge an administration fee for returns within the statutory period.

5. Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a description and, if possible, a photograph. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

6. Cancellation before dispatch

You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched - free of charge. Simply inform us during the confirmation call, or contact us afterwards by phone or email. Alternatively, you may decline to accept the parcel upon delivery, in which case it will be returned to us automatically at no charge to you.
