Vitamin C & B vitamins
Vitamin C is one of the most widely studied nutrients in human nutrition. It contributes to the normal function of the immune system and to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin. Vitamins B6 and B12 are recognised for their contributions to normal energy-yielding metabolism and psychological function - claims authorised under EU Regulation (EC) No 1924/2006.
These nutrients are found widely in fruits, vegetables, whole grains and dairy, and Aurara Active Labs provides them in a consistent, measured daily format.
Minerals: Magnesium, Zinc & Selenium
Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and to electrolyte balance - it is naturally present in leafy greens, nuts and seeds. Zinc contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and Selenium performs a similar protective role for cells. Both minerals are found in wholegrains, seeds and legumes.
Each mineral in Aurara Active Labs is included at a dose within EU-confirmed safe upper levels, making the formula suitable for everyday use by healthy adults.
