All orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre. Payment is made to the courier on delivery - no card details required when you order.

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not from the date of ordering. Dispatch occurs within 1-2 working days of order confirmation.
How it works
Order placed
You submit your name and phone number. No payment at this stage.
Confirmation call
We call to confirm your address and answer any questions. Orders are only dispatched after this call.
Dispatched
Your order is packaged and handed to the courier within 1-2 working days.
Delivered - you pay
Pay by cash or card to the courier when your order arrives. If you are not in, the courier will leave a card with re-delivery options.
Returns & cancellations
14-day return window. You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be in their original sealed, undamaged packaging. Opened food supplements cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, which is a lawful exception under UK consumer law.
Cancellation before dispatch: Contact us before dispatch and we will cancel at no charge. You may also decline the parcel on delivery - it will be returned to us automatically.
